Starting a company online is the easiest low cost way to go. I love my site, and I think many other webmasters do as well.
See you over at FS one day!

I definitely think that harnessing your own skills and following what you are actually interested in, can yield some pretty great results
I am a freelancer right now, and the recession was pretty nasty for IT contracts. Hopefully next year will be better, but in the mean time, I am concentrating on the blog, which is something I am passionate about (as a hobby), and which can probably yield some more great skills in terms of web consulting and how to market yourself (and later, other companies) on the web.
Great post
